During my time in the city for work from Monday to Thursday, I discovered my go-to spot on Tuesdays. The prices were reasonable, and everything else was fair. Always great atmosphere (especially when they get happy out and a place), fantastic cheap prices (unbelievable during the happy hours), design truly (grenadine limette is absolutely delicious), billardtic, beautiful baths, large cover bands. covid 19 update: handles large, very clean masks enforced. $1 fries offered to order with a drink. luck hours still in contrast to many others.

This restaurant offers live music every day of the year, creating a vibrant atmosphere. It is a popular spot for students in the city, who enjoy pre-game banter and friendly competition. The place has a distinct charm, reminiscent of the TV show Cheers, where everyone is welcomed like family. The staff, known for their big tips and occasional losses in pool games, are friendly and accommodating. Despite the presence of intimidating bouncers, the restaurant maintains a fun and inviting vibe that keeps customers coming back. And for those concerned about the female staff members, rest assured they are not only friendly but also have great personalities.
This restaurant is a must-visit when in Penn State! The food is excellent and they have a great beer selection!
