Sher Halal Gyro - State College

Very friendly and the gyro was on the spot. my friend ordered the lamb with rice he loved. If you like a lot of tzatziki, I would ask you extra. overall it fulfilled my demand for a gyroscope.

Probably the BEST middle eastern halal food joint at Penn State. Definitely compares against the best that even NYC has to offer. This is a must eat spot for any visitor coming up to Happy Valley.

I have eaten food from this truck 3 times and everything I have orded for me or my family members always have been of excellent quality. Also the customer service has been super, even though I got a different guy every single time I had visited them. They always play authentic Arabic music that makes feel like you want to dance right there. I love that place; it puts me in a happy mood.

I’ve been in state college for about a year and a half now, and this place has become my go to for dinner and late night. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and it’s all phenomenal. Not only that, but the portions are also very large and filling for the price. If you ever get the opportunity DEFINITELY try this place. Everyone has different tastes but my go-to is the lamb over with both sauces. One more thing that even many halal cart veterans may not know… the cheesecake is fantastic, definitely give it a try!!
