Who couldn't tell me her name over the phone but made sure she told me mine to try to intimate me I suppose. Get some training in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

However, one aspect that stands out is the customer service, which can be a bit unsettling. The staff often appear either disinterested in their work or quite intimidating. Despite this, it’s still a good place to visit.

Night clerk (young woman with hair dyed blonde with natural color showing threw) is insanely unprofessional, short, and must downright hate her job. Didn 't ring me up right and when I asked to correct, she snarkily asked me if it was my last request. Well it certainly will be my last request at this location. This isnt the first time ive had an unpleasant interaction with her. Theres a Sheetz on the other side of town ill now frequent instead of dealing with this childish behavior.

My boyfriend was refused an alcohol sale for no reason and he is a 30 year old man with valid ID and no reason to be refused service. When questioned why, the person would notgive a reason. This person is also apparently on management staff and needs to be fired immediately as friends of mine have alsoreported this person being outright rude and disrespectful. It?s sad that the actions of someone that is a manager will cause usto not return to this location.
