Mcdonald's - State College

Probably some of the worst service I’ve seen with McDonalds. Good luck getting the correct order, I certainly need luck on my side.

General Manager has a nasty attitude. Not welcoming and bad customer service. Bathroom looks like a warzone. I requested a blank receipt paper so I jot something down. The manager was making it seem complicated and gave me a grumpy remark. I know what I 'm doing! I never said your having some sort of disability but you could do better on the customer service side regarding all this. Tables aren 't clean.

I was waiting at the register for over 5 minutes until the General Manager approached the counter. She has a really bad attitude and doesn't understand what customer service means or has the skills to provide good customer service. The cool cat at the Drive-Thru was going to assist me but instead I got this grumpy jerk with her bulky ears. Tables are never clean neither the tile flooring. Bathrooms are decent. All I wanted at the counter was a slip of register paper from the feed machine, but the General Manager made it like I was joking or didn't feel like it was necessary. What are you on? Get with the program and please provide prompt good customer service. This is not difficult.

Visited this McDonald’s last Saturday and accidentally left my credit card there in the drive thru. Called on Sunday when I realized it and they offered to mail it to me since I live 3 hours away. Great staff that is more than kind and courteous. Very thankful for their help and saving me the gas money of driving back!

I forgot how awesome crunchy mcdonalds fries tasted, they used to be 3x better. This mcdonalds is bringing back great crunchy fries
