I highly recommend this restaurant for its variety of breakfast options and affordable prices. The only suggestion I have is to offer these options more consistently, as they seem to change every three days. Other than that, I didn't encounter any other issues. The location is easy to find and our stay was enjoyable. We were visiting our son, who is a student at Penn State University. View all feedback.

Located just a few minutes' walk from the campus and the restaurants on College Ave, the lobby is clean and the breakfast is decent. However, the service is lacking. I had to visit the lobby to get hand towels because the receptionist informed me it would take 30 minutes for them to be brought to my room. Overall, not a great experience after shelling out $735 per night to stay at this hotel.
Prior to arrival, there was little assistance in adjusting or changing the reservation. The breakfast experience was chaotic with items running out and not being refilled during my 7-day stay. I was only able to receive the breakfast on the first day, while the rest of the days I had to go elsewhere as they never showed up. Additionally, I had to request hand towels overnight as they were not provided. It was concerning that basic amenities like a toothbrush were not available when forgotten. Despite the hotel being beautiful, there are significant issues with the customer service.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable to main campus and has everything you need. gym, breakfast, business center everything very nice. bar has a nice selection of wines. parking is very comfortable. the personal was very attentively friendly.
Great location, and hotel amenities are wonderful. Lots of options for eating, shopping, entertainment, etc. within walking distance of the hotel. When we come back to State College we’ll definitely look at Hyatt Place as our first option!
