If you're looking to enjoy yourself in State College, I'd recommend avoiding Chrome. Their line management is quite poor. You'd have a better experience at Dark Horse or the Brewery. View all feedback.
We had the place that was rented for the high time of a friend. we had an explosion. drink specialties were good. the fun dives were great.
Great drink selection and excellent specials (many posted on their social media accounts). Prices for cocktails are quite reasonable, especially during happy hour. The interior is a bit generic though the bar could be anywhere in the world.
I like bars with hookahs. Usually have a good DJ and the bartenders are quick with taking people's orders. However, the place is too small and getting a table to smoke a hookah is very difficult at times. I feel like there is cover a lot of the time, even more so than other bars, but I could be mistaken about that.
Always a great special available if you look for one. Never had a bad drink and the service is very professional and fast. One of my top favorite bars in State College.
Best music in State College. Gets four stars because no one dances. Essentially serves as a pre game spot for the Den.
