Historic Chester - Starkville

For $300 night, I thought we were going someplace really, really nice. The rooms look like they haven't been renovated in 20-30 years. Some of the people in our group said they had brown water. Some had French doors with blinds on them opening to theoutdoors. Some had rooms that were about a 10x10 cube. Often the sink in the room wasn't really by the bathroom. Other than whenwe checked in, we got in late and left early and there was never anyone at the front desk. And the beer garden that seemed to beattached to the hotel wasn't even open. The only redeeming factor was how close it was to some of the bars stuff. But I'drather pay half as much and have a nicer room farther away.

Stayed here after seeing the episode on hotel hell and couldn?t have been happier to see this couple doing well in a thriving business! Great food and service, clean rooms, and wonderfully quaint outdoor seating and beer selection at the beer garden!

I haven't stayed there, but I saw it featured on Hotel Hell. I'm really glad to hear that they're doing well. I hope to visit someday and wish them all the best.

The owner greeted us at the door at midnight when we arrived, and he couldn't have been more pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. While the room was on the smaller side by modern standards, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again!

Be sure to use H?????o???.??m when booking any resort. They compare numerous booking websites and usually offer rooms at much lower prices than others! You'll thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area, and I've been visiting for years. If you choose to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed.
