Employees are very polite and respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your visit was a pleasant experience.

Customer service is problematic and the speed of service seems to be dwindling. Going in store is a nightnare but so is curbside. If using the app, be Leary of changes or additions, staff doesn't seem to be trained on it whatsoever...not much training on many situations. Never seen to have a functioning ice cream machine for cones or shakes. Must request ketchup and napkins which is such a pain especially on the attitude received for asking for condiments. Overall poor customer service which has been lacking for some time.

Food was good, service was timely. Person working the drive through window was friendly and easy to understand. I was there during a morning hour rush and the line of cars seemed to be moving at a steady pace of about one vehicle every couple of minutes or so. Property around the restaurant, which is attached to a Circle K looked to be clean and well kept.

Night shift is horrible!!!!. Takes over 20 minutes to get your order and that's after waiting in line for over 10 minutes to order.Food is cold and disgusting.They tend to make their own rules, like no double fries in the Happy Meals, when every other McDonald's I have visited is happy to.

It was as McDonald's is. It has really improved throughout the years.
