The pasta we ordered was burnt, and we had to provide specific instructions just for forks, plates, cheese, and peppers. It was a delivery order, yet we ended up using our own utensils. Quite disappointing. View all feedback.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Even though there were only three of us in the group, my pizza arrived in a timely manner. I don’t understand why some people get upset about long waiting times. It's not just them ordering; there are larger orders that can slow things down too. Customers need to be a bit more patient and remember that the employees are human as well. Overall, I had a great experience and this will always be my go-to place for pizza.
I went inside to inquire why I hadn't been called, and the girl at the counter just stared at me. I expressed my displeasure about the lack of customer service, and she replied with a simple "thank you." I've never experienced such poor customer service before, and it was clear to me that they are not properly trained to assist customers. I will not be returning to this location.
10 minutes on 0lace 5ge order in the load. we were the only customer was in and, manager said wait a little. waited, asked how long still. She said something more. she made boxes. she really didn't want to get the order. worst experience. I went to charge at 2.20 am on 07/19/2022.
Pizza was 2 hours after the order it was cold, as the hell did not come here, unless they want terrible customer service and cold eating also the reception replied the phone saying we are closed not a hi not everything, also they closed 3 hours early eclectic workers especially the woman who answered the phone would not recommend
UPDATE: We ended up driving to Domino's ourselves just before closing, as we still hadn’t received our pizzas. When we arrived, two employees informed us that the Wi-Fi was down, so they had no way to track the delivery driver. The staff were even laughing about the situation and asked to use our personal phones to contact their boss! It felt really unprofessional, so we requested a refund. They told us we would receive it another day but couldn’t provide a receipt to confirm it. They just insisted we would get it. I'm still shocked by the whole situation and worried I won't get my $80 refund.
