Was Anonym at Brinx a mag?
We had breakfast at this delightful little deli. The menu selection is varied and interesting. My travelling companion and I had The Brinx, which was scrumptious. It comprised of grilled pancetta, sliced avocado, rocket and onion jam on crispy slices of sourdough. There were so many sweet slices and cakes, which all looked fabulous, we were spoiled for choice. What Anonym dislikes about Brinx:
We had coffee and a light breakfast on a Saturday. Place was crowded yet had a nice vibe. The service was slow though the girls who minded the counter was lovely Wish they had better staff to mind this place on the weekend We picked some cheese and sweet bread but it was really difficult to navigate in the shop due to odd seating arrangement View all feedback.

It was Sunday mornings, peak breakfast time. We were warned about the 30-45 min wait. Fair enough. Coffee was good, service was warm and breakfast was surprisingly good. Not your normal big breakfast. The ham was very smokey, it wasn't bacon, but very crispy pancetta, eggs were well cooked and tomato relish was good too.
Recommended by locals we were very happy we made the effort to call in. What a gorgeous local deli with an array of quality goodies on offer. The eat in menu was fantastic, but we had already had breakfast so we decided to go for a morning tea of their freshly home baked (flourless) Cake and Coffee. Wow totally scrumptious. I LOVE places like this, I get so excited I don't know where to look first!? :) The shelves were full of amazing local and international first rate products. My husband lets out a nervous sigh as he knows I am going to buy something else to take home.....but he is "secretly" very happy to be also a partner in crime later! :)
We have breakfast here on day 1 of our annaul visit to Stanthorpe and after 5 years I can't fault them.
