Brinx Deli - STANTHORPE

We purchased ingredients for a cold platter at this restaurant, including salami, vegan cheese, sundried tomatoes, and olives. I particularly enjoyed the smoked garlic vegan cheese (Choose Gourmet Cashew Cheese). It was delicious! As someone who is lactose intolerant, I appreciate finding a good vegan cheese option. I ended up going back to buy more before returning home two days later. My friend found the sundried tomatoes to be too oily, but I thought they were still tasty despite being a bit oily. The deli had a great atmosphere, and although I didn't spend much time in the cafe area, I was impressed by the wide range of local foods available and the excellent service. I also appreciated how the staff handled a mistake with humor.

This restaurant offers Italian-inspired hospitality and is perfect for both families and couples. They serve homemade breakfast with delicious accompaniments such as fresh salsa, Italian sausage, and beans on sourdough bread. We were fortunate to find a table without a booking and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and we appreciated getting away from the chaotic cafes nearby. The decor was charming and the cooks were incredibly friendly and talented. It felt like a country town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, similar to Brinx. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our charcuterie board for lunch . The service was exceptional; friendly, prompt and they also offered water for our little dogs. The coffee was delicious. We will def eat there again when traveling this way.

The service was top-notch, the ingredients were of the highest quality, the decor and atmosphere were fabulous. In addition, there was a wide selection of gifts and more. We all had a fantastic time!
