I had a delightful and authentic Dominican dining experience at a restaurant in Stanstead. I ordered the Dominican flag dish, which consisted of chicken, rice, beans, and salad. The presentation of the dish was lovely. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and paired perfectly with the rice and beans. I was tempted to order another plate, but realized I was already full as the portion sizes were generous. To top it off, the chef prepared a delicious pineapple with coconut dessert. I would give this restaurant five stars for their amazing food and service.
The dinner was absolutely fantastic! The seating outside was wonderful, the atmosphere was nice, and it had a very local and authentic feel.

A charming, authentic Dominican experience in Stanstead. I ordered the Dominican flag (chicken, rice, beans and salad). The presentation was wonderful. The chicken was tender and flavorful and blended so well with the rice and beans. I thought I was going to order another plate, but I realized that I was full. The portions were more than sufficient. The chef also prepared delicious pineapple with coconut for dessert. Five stars!
