While I wasn't happy with the arrangements done and what restaurant had promised me to deliver but what was more frustrating that I was over billed. At the time of payment, the cashier told me that their till machine is not working and hence just did the total on the calculator, which was incorrect. Since, I didn't had the receipt, I didn't realize that I ended up paying about 15% 20% extra money and realized only after I came back home. Since, then I have called hotel may times and sent them an e mail as well but no response from their end. It's not a matter of 40 pounds that I paid extra but the intent and the courtesy demonstrated by the restaurant manager staff. Disappointing when have a feeling that someone has tried to cheat you...may be unintentional but not correcting their mistake

And Rahul, the owner and Flo, the manager they both are amazing, friendly and helpful. They organised the whole event so so well I couldn't even imagined. Thanks you guys. I recommend this venue to everyone looking to make their events extra special. Sakshi Stanmore London

From the first phone call to book the party and discuss the particulars, we have been nothing but impressed with the phenomenal customer service we have received. Your advice on what options would work best for us and the ease at which you accepted our guests various dietary requirements made the whole process so easy for us. It didn’t feel like a business deal but like you actually cared about what would work bets for us. Your staff what can we say?? Flo greeted us and all our guests with a warm and reassuring smile and made it clear that him and his team would be there to tend to our every need. And that is exactly what you all did. Every single guest felt welcome, special and spoilt. That is no small achievement since we had 24 children and just as many adults! You have made us feel valued and important from the very first moment to the final moment when we left the venue after our Sons fabulous party. You guys have totally nailed great customer service and great food too! Look forward to doing another party in the future soon!!!

Food is delicious and the place is clean , got a very nice vibe and they let you play your own music too . Drinks are a bit dear . Recommend the butter chicken , lamb roghan josh and butter paneer for vegetarians. Starters seekh kebabs, chilli chicken and dahi samosa chat were all very tasty . You can have a private party and hire the bowling lanes and the room next door .
