Zlaty Drak - Stankov

A friend took me here during a visit to Plzen and I was absolutely enchanted! We sat in the garden, which truly created an oriental illusion, and when I saw the menu, I was amazed! I had never seen such a selection before! For starters, I had some chicken skewers with sesame seeds, which were excellent! For the main course, I ordered salmon with mango sauce. It was absolutely amazing and well-balanced: I was a bit hesitant about the mango sauce, but I wanted to experiment and it turned out great. Mango can sometimes be a bit overpowering, but the chefs managed to balance it perfectly with the well-cooked salmon fillet, creating a flavor explosion! Highly recommended! However, the restaurant could improve on the service... The waiters were a bit chaotic and our dishes were not brought to us at the same time... But it's something that can be overlooked.

In one word, I enjoyed myself. The service was excellent, the coffee was excellent, the original Vietnamese. In other words, a sprinkled Turk, although I don't like seafood, I'll eat everything.
