What David Cruickshank doesn't like about Dunkin':
The first time I ordered from this restaurant, I had a negative experience. However, we decided to give it another try today to see if the previous encounter was just a fluke, and I was pleasantly surprised. I made sure to place my order in person rather than through the drive-thru, which allowed for clearer communication.
