Was Giani Piergallini at Woksta a mag?
Wow, the food was absolutely fantastic! I had the katsu chicken with extra prawns and medium sauce served with rice, and I can confidently say it was amazing! My wife ordered chicken with udon noodles and the woksta sauce, and she's just as satisfied! I highly recommend ordering with confidence. View all feedback.

Zero stars! Avoid wasting your time and money. I placed an order at 7:53 PM and received a confirmation email stating that it would arrive by 8:45 PM. My order NEVER arrived! At 9:50 PM, I received an email with no apology and no explanation—just a refund. Two hours after placing my order, and that's all I got? We ordered two katsu curry bowls—one with udon and one with egg fried rice—but to our surprise, we received the latter with plain boiled rice instead. Perhaps they ran out of eggs? As for the extra charge for sizzling king prawns, it wasn't worth it. We were served three tiny, deep-fried prawns that were rubbery and quite disappointing. Additionally, half of the bowls were filled with wilted lettuce leaves, which is something I've never encountered in Japanese cuisine. The photos of the bowls shared on Google looked nothing like what we received. Overall, I would rate this experience as a zero if I could, but unfortunately, that option isn’t available. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it was an enormous disappointment!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order at 6 PM, and by 8:45 PM, I still hadn't received my meal. After a long wait, I finally got a response stating that they simply hadn’t processed my order. I had no time left to order from somewhere else. It was an enormous waste of time.

I placed an order on a Saturday evening and received an email confirming it. Just two minutes later, I received another email stating that a refund had been issued, but there was no explanation provided. I am still waiting for my refund and have sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I'm extremely disappointed.
