The crew this morning was apparently having a really bad day and decided to pass the misery along. One of our jelly donuts looks like someone stuck their thumb... read more The crew this morning was apparently having a really bad day and decided to pass the misery along. One of our jelly donuts looks like someone stuck their thumb through the middle of it. The guy who handed out the boxes of donuts pressed down on the lid and so the frosted donuts stuck to the lid. The glazed donuts had hardly any glaze and what glaze was there melted off during the five minute car ride home. The coffee was burnt and had to be dumped out. No one is answering the customer service line and previous attempts at talking to the two managers at this location have been confrontational — to the point of harassing community members on Facebook. If they would train their employees, maybe they wouldn’t have so many problems.
