Took forever to just get a glass of water. Out of four of us , two of the entrees we ordered they were out of and it was early in the night. Then they were out of the dessert we wanted. Food was just ok. View all feedback.
Excellent food, very nice place. This was our first visit, and we need more data before giving 5-stars. We plan to go again.
The food is incredible and fresh. Steak is better than top nyc steakhouses, family friendly and also great for a date night. Johnny our waiter made our experience a 10/10
It was good. Not great. For the prices, it should be great. One thing that I find with great experiences are great people that orchestrate them. People that make you feel welcome and among friends. If you're an owner or manager or bartender, its important to stop and introduce yourself and chat with guests. Find out who they are and what bought them to your restaurant. Learn their names. A restaurant is as much about relationships as it is food. The Ridges has good food. Now work on relationship building.
The filet mignon and wild mushrooms were the best I've had and I've eaten at some of the top steak houses. While pricey, it was worth every mouthful.
