The dressing was not overwhelming, and I felt they were quite generous with the choices in each category. This made it easy to create a poke bowl with a delightful variety of ingredients. **Flavor: 5** The fish was incredibly fresh, and the numerous customization options for the poke bowl meant there was no way to go wrong. With all the different options, there was a wonderful array of textures in the bowl. Everything complemented each other and was refreshingly served over a bed of mixed greens. Overall, I would definitely return for the poke bowl. It was quick, easy, and revitalizing!

Open Rice offers outstanding sushi, rolls, and nearly every dish you could desire, all made fresh and perfectly prepared. We've tried Mei Fun, poke bowls, mu shu pork, dumplings, sashimi, and various rolls, and everything has been delicious! The staff is friendly, and their delivery is always punctual. Prices are reasonable, making this a fantastic discovery!

Outstanding Dim Sum snacks! I ordered a variety of items, and the gyoza dumplings were fantastic. Each dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared for delivery. I highly recommend it! I didn't get a chance to try the rice dishes or bowls, but I'm looking forward to it. The rolls were tasty, but from now on, appetizers as a meal will be my go-to choice at this restaurant!

The food here is delicious, and the service is exceptional. They offer a fantastic selection of sushi at very reasonable prices.
