this big colored guy took my order and made it completely wrong I got a laugh as asked for a macchiato and when I got my eating the sourded breakfast sandwich the speck was burned View all feedback.
This location has the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. At three different times, I ordered a large drink with less ice, yet each time I was given a cup filled to the brim with ice! When I mentioned this issue, I was told repeatedly, "This is less ice! It's the minimum amount we can provide." I even asked them to remove some ice and add more coffee. They took my drink back for just 30 seconds and returned it to me with the same excessive amount of ice. Did they really think I wouldn't notice? I will never patronize this place again!

I placed an order for some Munchkins through the Dunkin' app for a pickup today at 9:57 AM on July 11th. However, when I arrived, the store employee refused to fulfill my order, claiming they were closing and that nothing was available, despite the app stating that they closed at 11 PM. Not only did the employee refuse to cancel or refund my order, but he also called me, insisting that I come and drive to the location. This is simply unacceptable. I am shocked by this level of customer service, where employees feel empowered to mistreat customers and refuse refunds when they are unable to fulfill an order. I've never encountered such an experience anywhere else, where I paid money and received nothing in return. I strongly urge the owner to take this matter seriously and ensure that employees are held accountable for their actions, so that returning customers are treated with respect.

Ordered through the app and when I got to the store they ran out of donuts...at Dunkin donuts. They also refused to credit me back the money I had paid through the app. Class acts.
