Helpful and pleasant service. Adequate staff. Difficulty finding parking. Untrained staff in the playground, simple supervision. The council must keep the child in mind. Very good security on the doors of the whole area. Unguarded staircase. Very good and clean toilets with space for changing and changing the baby.

He wants immediate impr... read more Nice playground, with enough games to keep the kids interested. Polite staff, good kitchen but unfortunately the coffee is unacceptable. He wants immediate improvement. Parking is problematic in the area and the sidewalk non-existent or dangerous if you park far away (not the store's fault of course). The prices for a birthday party seemed a bit high to me compared to other playgrounds in the area without much of a reflection on service/food quality. In general, it is a good experience for children and parents (as long as the latter have had coffee elsewhere). With a few tweaks here and there it will become quite a bit better.

The girls were helpful and quite fast in our order! Kid-friendliness: Playground! Wheelchair accessibility: It had access for people with a wheelchair because there is a ramp at the entrance!
