Oh wow! Our visit today was incredibly disappointing. I remember that for many years, Notcutts was the go-to place for all Christmas decorations and much more. However, the entire store was so bare that I couldn't believe my eyes. We approached a staff member to inquire about the missing Christmas merchandise, but she looked at us as if we were crazy and spoke to us condescendingly. She mentioned, "Oh, we haven't had anything like that since the start of Covid." While we were there, we noticed that everything was overpriced compared to other garden centers. We definitely won't be returning anytime soon, which is unfortunate because this used to be one of the best garden centers around.
The cafe has the worst organization and the slowest service of any garden center in the area!

Everywhere looked lovely
Christmas lunch for 6 ladies. The 2 course Christmas lunch Desert was Fantastic. 5 Cooked lovely, presented well very tasty. Service was great staff went above beyond. Thank you.
