**Flamm Turkish Restaurant: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Flamm Turkish Restaurant offers a varied dining experience, with some patrons praising its exquisite dishes and attentive service, while others leave feeling underwhelmed. Guests have enjoyed flavorful options like stuffed aubergine and lamb kofte, complemented by a warm atmosphere and commendable service, often noting the staff’s friendliness. However, inconsistencies in portion sizes and food accuracy—particularly for those with dietary restrictions—have marred the experience for some diners. Overall, while many appreciate the restaurant's setting and select menu items, concerns over value and service practices raise questions about its reliability.

Great atmospheric place, very nice service and amazing food I recommend it to everyone who has not tried it before and to those who already know what is good Great desserts and very good coffee, I recommend it Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
Food was amazing and service was top notch! Although it’s concerning to be told that the service charge is kept by management. I should have paid cash for the service instead of it being included in the meal. Waitress was great. Friendly and efficient. I’d recommend the stuffed aubergine. So so delicious! Reasonable too at £13.50. The white bait started tasted great! Mixed seafood skewered were tasty but a bit too costly at £19.95 for the small portion. We have the 2 mocktails on the menu refreshing! Can’t recall the names though. I’d come again.
I recently dined at Flamm Restaurant, and I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, it appeared that the restaurant had an Indian chef working at a Turkish restaurant, which was unexpected. My main concern, however, was the portion size. I ordered a food plate for two, but the portion I received was considerably small, leaving me unsatisfied and hungry. Unfortunately, this resulted in a stomachache, and I spent the rest of my day in discomfort. I believe there's room for improvement in both portion sizes and the overall dining experience.
The food is mediocre and overpriced, but the service was excellent, thanks to Mohini Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Mixed Grill Platter, Bread and Hummus, Lamb Kofte Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot
To make matters worse, the drinks we ordered were mixed up, and the place wasn't even busy. I haven't returned since then. Additionally, my son has dietary restrictions, and the last time he ordered a dish that was supposed to be dairy-free, he was assured it was safe. Unfortunately, when he ordered it again, it contained dairy. He has a significant intolerance, and it wasn’t clearly labeled on the menu. The staff seemed completely unaware of the issue.
