My daughter has allergies and I needed a xakr for her birthday. The manager Joe was wonderful. He hand made a cake for us to avoid her allergies and even went and got elsa decorations for it as they don't have any. He was awesome. My daughter was delighted when she saw the cake. View all feedback.
What Kyle Zuhl doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
2 staff members argued over who's job it was to serve me. Then the kid who let me know he had no idea what he was doing sold me 2 1/4 full cups of ice cream. Will stick to the local places going forward.
Drove 30 mins and got here at 910 because online it's open til 10 pm, but alas it was closed. This one hurts real bad, just update Google please.
Went there at 9:05 and was closed. Supposed to be open until 10.
Missing many important flavors, Rainbow sherbet is raspberry sherbet and not rainbow, cake cone is old, and service is too bad
The service was alright, inasmuch as my husband noticed that the person was reaching for the wrong flavor. Business was steady, and there only seemed to be two employees, but no one checked the tables the entire time we were there. The first spot where I sat down had grit on the table. Disappointed that in this day and age there were no low carb options. Perhaps the limited selection of flavors was because it was combined with Dunkin, not stand-alone?
Loved Skylar and Pete they were so cool. 10/10 definetly will be returning
