Subway - Staffordshire

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is rude and I would recommend avoiding this place as it is not worth the money. The meal type is dinner and the price per person is £10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.

Wouldn’t let me add eggs or different cheese, put ketchup on it after I said I don’t want ketchup. Subway has really gone downhill so badly. Guy couldn’t understand English either. Honestly worst subway I’ve ever eaten Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service was extremely poor. The staff at this restaurant need to improve on how they communicate with customers as they were very rude. I ended up abandoning my sandwich halfway through and walked out of the shop. I have no intention of returning to this Subway in the future. Overall rating: Food 1/5, Service 1/5, Atmosphere 1/5.

Always short staff. Just 1 girl serving..stop trying save on staff costs .

Worst costumer service I 've ever witnessed. They were very rude to both me and each other. The girl working behind the counter was barking orders at her colleague to an extent it made me feel uncomfortable. She greeted me with a stare the question what do you want ?
