Overall a terrible experience today. I’m currently sat at the table as I write this. Family of 5, the starters came out as soon as I’d clicked the order button. The bread was cold no sooner had we taken a bite into the bread the mains came, the last offered to take them back to keep them warm, we munched between the houmous and halloumi sticks. I have visited this Nando’s several times, recently every time I attend it gets worse and worse. I visited in November and they had ran out of most of the menu only leaving sides and butterfly chicken available. Tonight they had nothing at all left to sell, they had ran out of everything of the menu, they had not ordered enough food to stay open to their opening times. The management at this place is an absolute shambles for the prices that are charged at Nando’s now they have to do better, slow service if you get any service followed by menu items missing consistently, to this time no menu at all meaning being turned away at the door. Management need to have a strong look at their priorities given that this was a Saturday night I cannot fathom how you could run out of everything on the menu. I won’t be back anytime soon

So we waited longer for our burgers to come out than it has taken for the original starter and main to come. Generally not impressed with the service or quality of food
This Nando's location is the worst. Deliveries are never on time and you have to wait an hour for pick-ups. The restaurant is completely disorganized.
I have never had a disappointing meal at Stafford Nandos. The service has always been exceptional, and the food is consistently delivered promptly and of high quality.
The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. Deliveries are consistently late or never show up at all. In fact, 75% of the time when you place a delivery order, it never arrives and you never receive any updates.
