Min's Kitchen - Stafford

This is the best Chinese food I've had since my trip to China! It's not overly greasy, incredibly delicious, and very affordable. It's a small hidden gem in Stafford! I would definitely recommend trying it.

The food here is absolutely fantastic—fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and takes great pride in the traditional Chinese cuisine they serve. While the menu is limited due to the size of the kitchen, it's regularly updated, providing a great opportunity to try new dishes. Everything we tasted was bursting with flavor, and we will definitely be returning regularly!

Large traditional kitchen at a low price. choose from the days selection at the theke and eat them or take them away (the blacks were delicious.) in cash.

Honestly, this is the best authentic Chinese food I've had in a long time! It's truly authentic and incredibly delicious—I'm already missing it! Everything is prepared fresh, including the delightful seafood dumplings.
