Frankie Benny's - Stafford

We went out for a family dinner and had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A group of five of us went for breakfast, and we were warmly welcomed. The staff took great care of us and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent—delicious and exactly what we were looking for! Thank you very much for a fantastic experience!

The server was excellent; he patiently waited while my wife, my 3-year-old son, and I decided on our drinks and meals. He made it a point to prioritize my son's meal, who was very tired, and quickly returned with our orders. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food. I ordered the crispy hamburger, but the chicken breast was tasteless and greasy, almost as if it had been fried in lukewarm oil. My wife's pasta was okay, but nothing special. My son hardly touched his cod, baked beans, and corn, but considering how tired he was, I can't tell if he didn’t want to eat or just wasn’t feeling well. I’ve been to other Frankie & Benny's locations, like those in Tamworth and Norfolk, and had generally satisfying experiences, but the Stafford location really let me down. I wouldn't recommend this particular Frankie & Benny's.

I ordered the crispy chicken hamburger, but the chicken breast was bland and greasy, as if it had been deep-fried in lukewarm oil. My wife's pasta was decent but not exceptional. My son barely touched his cod, baked beans, and corn. However, given how tired he was, I'm not sure whether it was the food or his fatigue affecting his appetite. I've dined at Frankie & Benny's at other locations like Tamworth and Norfolk and have generally enjoyed the meals, but the experience at the Stafford branch was disappointing. I cannot recommend this location of Frankie & Benny's.
