This is my first visit to Costa in Stone and I have to say it was the cleanest Costa I have ever visited! Not a dirty cup or plate in sight and the floor was spotless! Tables were cleared straight away, this makes a huge difference when relaxing with a drink. I tried the new vegan toastie but wasn’t overly impressed, no flavour at all. What Ursosarctos doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
The staff here need a real shake-up. There is little or no human contact, and I have never seen such slow service in a Costa. The delay seems to be the making of the hot drinks, done in a very leisurely way by one person. There was frequently a queue of six or seven, who had paid but not yet been served. View all feedback.

Amazing to find Costa open on Boxing Day! Enjoyed our flat whites. No oatmilk though only almond milk! Quiet relaxing and festive .
