Nestled within Rising Brook Baptist Church, this charming café offers an inviting atmosphere, delicious food, and the best coffee in Syston. With a menu featuring affordable meals, all under £5, it’s perfect for a quick bite after a stroll in Central Park. The family-friendly "Cafe Tots" section adds to its appeal, making it a great spot for families. Customers praise the friendly, attentive staff and the sense of community fostered through various weekly events. While the heating can be inconsistent, the delightful ambiance and reasonable prices make it a must-visit destination for refreshments and connection.
I have passed by Brook Baptist Church many times and never thought about going in until I realized they had coffee inside. I stopped by for a quick coffee and saw that they offered a wide variety of food, from snacks to home-cooked specials every day. It was quite busy that day, with a lot of people in the main café area, but there was plenty of space in the family "Cafe Tots" section. My coffee was very reasonable at £1, and looking at the menu, I noticed that I wouldn't pay more than a fiver for a meal. Great value for money and excellent customer service, with friendly staff in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend it!
Always receive good welcome and good sermon that leaves you feeling blessed .with lovely new restaurant and seating area.
The building is well-designed, offering excellent facilities for refreshments and restrooms. The main hall features good acoustics, and the chairs are quite comfortable. However, the heating can be inconsistent, occasionally feeling too hot or too cold, with variations in different areas of the building. There is ample parking available, and the venue provides good accessibility for wheelchair users and larger equipment.
This restaurant is a convenient spot to stop by for a snack, breakfast, or lunch. We visit frequently and always find it to be very convenient.
