The de... read more Hello fellow food enthusiasts, it’s your boy big ounce back for another restaurant review. This evening me and the home boys ordered from big bite again. The delivery time was set to be between 30 and 45 minutes. It got to 45 minutes and ya boi called the restaurant the only response was that they were busy. The food took another 25 minutes to arrive. After the food had arrived we sat down to eat and realised that they had forgotten a large portion of our order. Shameful. However saying that the food that did arrive was splendid. Absolutely terrible food I ordered a chicken kebab and it came looking like this it was basically chunks of fat with hairs still left in covered with mayonnaise... read more Absolutely terrible food I ordered a chicken kebab and it came looking like this it was basically chunks of fat with hairs still left in covered with mayonnaise the chicken was black and slimy my little girl had a burger and chips and when she bit in to it found a black hair chips were cold And customer service was absolutely shocking I was refused a refund even after telling them it was my daughters birthday treat and I can’t afford to treat her very often as I am a single mum who works full time to make ends meet they didn’t care at all that I couldn’t afford to get my daughter a replacement birthday meal and refused point blank to refund me I never write bad reviews and always try to see the best in every situation but the staff were so rude I just had to the food from this restaurant is not fit for human consumption!
