When we arrived, the tables were not set up properly and we had to rearrange them ourselves to accommodate everyone. Despite booking 3 pizza fondue pots, we were only given 2 upon arrival, leading to a crowded and awkward dining experience. The fondue itself was not as expected, with the bulk of the pot being mashed potatoes instead of cheese. The other meals were described as average, with limited vegetarian options available. The service was lacking, with staff being unattentive and unhelpful. Despite arriving during cocktail happy hour, the experience was disappointing overall. We will not be returning to this restaurant due to the subpar food and service.

The price per person ranged from £10–20, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of food and service. Speaking of food, it was absolutely delicious - I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff and quick service, earning another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance that added to the overall dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a relaxed setting.

It was unfortunate that on the way back from the to... read more Had a lovely breakfast today and yesterday in Bear and praised the chef for a lovely breakfast this morning. It was unfortunate that on the way back from the toilet, my foot went straight from underneath me on the floor, it was shinny down by the side of the wall. Thankfully a customer sitting opposite saw me fall and came to my rescue as I hit the floor, banging my right thigh and right arm as I hit the floor. When our second drinks were bought to us I told the waitress incase an accident book needed to be completed. A more regular staff member did come up to me to ask if I was OK and if she cojkd get me a drink or cake on the house. I declined and said just thought they should be aware. She said it's slippy where the trolly goes in and out of the kitchen. I was never asked for details or to complete an accident form. Unfortunately dampened my morning and have bruising to end my day.
