Domino's Pizza - Stafford County

We have been ordering for several years. Today was the worst. First we asked about keto/ low carb... and they adinamintly said NO we don't do that(though Google ad says you do)So we ordered salad , wings and a small pizza with mushroom and sausage. The receptionist asked 2x pepperoni? NO . We said no pepperoni..guess what we got? Very disappointed! I work to hard for my money and I will look for another place to order from.So very disappointing since we ordered 2x a week during covid and had good experience...but I can't since this has happened several times

I am so impressed by the proactive customer service shown by this team. I came home yesterday to find a dominos coupon hanger on my door and I of course could not fathom having anything other than pizza after seeing that. I placed my order and received it, no problem later that evening.Well apparently the speed of delivery wasn't to the manager's expectations so they emailed and called me to apologize! I didn't even feel it had taken enough time to warrant an apology, but I am soo very impressed with the proactive. Accountability.Also, the pizza was delicious. My husband and. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A HAND TOSSED PIZZA WITH CHICKEN AND BACON.

Driver was great, but pointed out as he left that we didn't tip. My email says we were charged for an 8 usd tip.

Left the receipt in the box on top of the food; I don’t want dirty items placed on top of my food. Food was overly greasy, made wrong, and over cooked. This location stays disappointing.

I always seem to order 30 min before closing....and I do feel bad for that. I know they wanna go home, but they always make it fast and deliver even more quickly, all with a smile. It's very much appreciated ?
