Great prices and LOVE the store here...the managers and people there are very helpful and put lots of attention to the quality and satisfaction of the customers and food

Long wait, they tell you 5 minutes, you have to wait 15 minutes ?

The staff were very obnoxious and rude when i called. i dont recommend. who knows what theyll do to your pizza

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but my experience was bad enough to share. we ordered pizza for my family on a Tuesday night. the app said 10-15 minutes and I arrived about 20 minutes after the order. the type that works, told me it was about 20-25 minutes. completely off, but I understand that the queen will be stopped again! then I waited 25 minutes and went back in and my order was not yet started. I went back to my car, came out 20 minutes and my order was not ready yet. Overall, I have waited for over 50 minutes at my estimated prepared time, which I think is a little ridiculous. the whole place smells like cigarette smoke and the staff spoke on the phone, while 8 people have waited impatiently. the dame beside me also reported that her app said “Picked up” about 25 minutes before she actually got her order. it seemed as if they were checked in vain early to have a shorter waiting time. I can't check this, but it would explain why the times are so out. Rating 2 stars because the pizza was still well prepared, despite almost an hour too late. overall, this location needs better management or more employees.
