I don't usually write negative reviews online, but I had to share my recent experience with Dominos. I ordered delivery tonight and was disappointed to find that the crust was undercooked and fell apart easily. The pizza was also too heavy on the sauce, making it soggy and unappetizing. I have ordered from here several times, even though I am the business in which I am, they never put attention. I couldn't answer the phone, so I didn't get my pizza. there are not many shops in this building and it is not so hard to run and ask if someone ordered a pizza. will not be ordered again from here.
Got the Hawaiian pizza, was sooo good, can't wait to get it again. Awesome
I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza but received a hand tossed banana pepper and bacon pizza instead. I called Domino's to let them know about the mix-up and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. The person I spoke to on the phone said I would need to provide proof of the mistaken pizza in order to receive the one I paid for, or else I would have to pay for it again. I was disappointed in the way Domino's handled the situation and will be switching to Papa John's in the future. The photo shows my receipt and the incorrect pizza I received. UPDATE: My pizza was delivered to the wrong location, so I may be able to exchange it with the person who received mine. I prefer not to eat a pizza that has already been given to someone else.
Terrible customer service and food quality declining. They used to be efficient but now you walk in and the entire staff is in disarray. Our last cheese pizza had no sauce or cheese. It was literally toast bread! Definitely in need of new management and quality control.
I received excellent service from Thalia when placing my order. She was friendly and willing to make adjustments to the order. We need more people like her in the industry. Keep up the good work!
