I had a scavenger with blue cheese. It was good, but rather dry. I should have asked for Senf. We all had the fried potatoes. You were well done!

The quality of the food was top notch and the atmosphere for a romantic dinner was excellent. Definitely return to this restaurant during the next trip to Germany.

Of course, none of us could read something on t... read more We ate in this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Stade. We had six Americans and locals. Of course, none of us could read something on the menu, but our waitress spoke great English. Most of us ordered various types of carvings and all our plates were delicious. The desserts were fantastic, especially the apple strudel. Service was very friendly and the food came quickly compared to most local restaurants. The best thing was very cheap. The only warning is that they only accept local German debit/credit cards and cash. Recommend this restaurant.
