Pizza Hut - St. Thomas

I have never had a good experience with this particular Pizza HutOn one occasion my friend and I went for the lunch buffet.

I had friends who ordered this for us and I thouroughly enjoyed the pizza. The only problem was there was not enough pineapple or ham for my friend. I was disappointed for her.

Although lunch today was not terrible, it certainly wasn't the usual quality I would expect from Pizza Hut. I don't usually visit the St.Thomas location, but we were in that town today. The place wasn't very busy for the lunch hour??? The pies were dry, as if they had been on the buffet for awhile. The service was really good, friendly and smiling.

The good and the bad about a Pizza chain is you get what you expect. And yes the Pizza and Wings are decadent and perfect for a family and not so great for dieters. That said good pizza and do not be afraid to ask for what my not be included on the menue. Greek Pizza was excellent.

My husband ordered pizza online. When I went to pick up the pizza there was a long line up of customers waiting to pick up pizza.Behind the counter was a stack of pizzas waiting and employees continued to add to the stack. After 10 minutes an employee finally approached the counter and asked who is next. I heard a gentleman say he was waiting for 30 minutes. The employee giggled and said they can't keep up tonight. She attempted to find the customers order to no avail.I decided to leave and go elsewhere.
