What Amparo Ulloa likes about Blue Eleven:
You took care of me so well! If something was not gluten-free, they fixed something else for me. They even made me a special dessert (crème brûlée). They used many items that were fresh and in the area, many things we never had. We had the 9 course meal and each course was excellent!
