The first time, I waited about 25 minutes before decidin... read more I have been to this restaurant twice in the last 3 months and both times I experienced very long waits. The first time, I waited about 25 minutes before deciding to go somewhere else. The second time, I waited for 15 minutes and no one even came to help me. The service at this KFC was not up to par with what I have experienced at other locations. The food was also not as good as I remembered. The KFC in St. Stephen's was much tastier. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

The combos did not include any white meat, so I had to pay extra for each piece of white meat I wanted. I specified in my order that I wanted 3 pieces of white meat. When I picked up my order at the window, the person working there did not even bother to greet me or wish me a nice day. I thanked them and left, only to realize they had not given me my receipt. I had to drive back to get it, cutting into my already short lunch break. When I got home, I discovered that the white meat I had paid extra for was not what I had ordered. The gravy had no flavor and my drink was watered down. I will not be returning to this place.

I thought the place was quite small, and there was only one girl behind the counter. we ordered and sat down, they called our number and then we ate. it was like any other generic. almost food place. honestly, nothing special just eating fast.

My husband ordered a Bucket that was meant to include 4 pieces of dark meat, 4 tenders, popcorn chicken, 2 sides, and 2 orders of fries, along with 2 dipping sa... read more My husband ordered a Bucket that was meant to include 4 pieces of dark meat, 4 tenders, popcorn chicken, 2 sides, and 2 orders of fries, along with 2 dipping sauces. However, the order was missing the popcorn chicken and the dipping sauces. Additionally, there was only one piece of dark meat (a leg) and the rest were white meat. One of the pieces was extremely overcooked, with an overly dark coating and dry chicken. We won’t be ordering from KFC again!
