Went into the shop... read more Had wanted to go to Equal Grounds for a while and this rainy afternoon I thought would be perfect to get a coffee, snack and read for a bit. Went into the shop and was totally ignored, I was the only person in line and there were two people behind the counter. I waited a bit and then just left, went to SPOT Coffee, was greeted right away and taken care of wonderfully. Equal Grounds needs to have it's employees go through Customer Service training. They do not have this advertised somewhere and as someone with a milk allergy I would have liked to know before I paid for it and drank some of it. They were kind enough to get me something else though.
