What User doesn't like about The Lure:
This was the first time visiting The Lure. We sat two tables in from the door. We came for brunch. The food was average, nothing special. Our server was awesome! The front doors were open and the noise from the outside was streaming in as well as from inside the restaurant. Inside, was extremely loud. The worst part was the dog hair floating in from the pets. Love this place! Great creative cocktails, great food, great staff, great space with pool tables and-my favorite-a great sense of humor. Love the sushi and the tapas. The tater tots w bacon and gorgonzola are to die for. Highly recommend this downtown hangout.
In town for a reggae festival and wanted to grab some food. Decided to stop in for a quick bite and didn't realize how much we'd enjoy the place. we had a Filet South Cackalacky. we could cut the filet with a butter knife and the bbq sauce that came with it was phenomenal. Carly recommended it to us. She makes an awesome margarita, is super friendly and very alert and prompt. our visit here was great and we can't wait to come back next time we visit! thank you!
Not just sushi although the sushi menu did look extensive. Tapas, small plates, flatbreads, tacos, appetizers, burgers. Definitely try the truffle fries, plenty to share and tasty! Nice dog friendly outdoor seating. Full bar, craft beers and wine. Excellent service. A place I would take friends or visitors from out of town after a day strolling St Petersburg.

Great brunch! Interesting menu! Everyone in our party loved their choices! Endless Mimosas were quickly refilled! The service was sweet and very accommodating! Dog friendly seats out front. Over all a really good experience. Highly recommend!!
