Pizza Hut - St. Petersburg

I've always been a fan of Pizza Hut, and my passion for it remains as strong as ever! Thank you, Pizza Hut!

I ordered two medium pizzas at 10:11 and received three notifications that my food was on the way. However, no one arrived until 12:36. When the driver finally showed up, I only got one pizza, yet I still had to pay for both. The DoorDash driver had limited English skills and kept insisting that my order was for just one pizza, even though my receipt clearly showed both pizzas.

I frequently order from this restaurant, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Generally, my orders are correct. However, I've noticed that whenever I order the cheesy bread, it almost never has the cheese I expect; sometimes there's just a tiny bit on one piece. Today, I specifically called to request extra cheese, but once again, my cheese sticks arrived with no cheese at all. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you ordered.

I wish I could give ZEROOOOO stars or I would they lucky that’s the only way I could write a review! Just pure D trifling. Made my food wrong after I specifically said how I wanted my food 3 times!!!!! NO GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE ON MY PIZZA! I WANT Marinara sauce it was even yelled out to the sorry pizza makers to make my order that way and it WAS STILL WRONG! Then bread net dude was worried about me getting a free marinara sauce instead should’ve been worrying about my order you made wrong CARL(male Karen! the one time I decided to give Pizza Hut a chance again they blew it for all the pizza huts ever again! That’s what I get for switching up on my home pizza spot DOMINOS!

Terrible service, cold undercook pizza, was not even cut. Delivery driver completely direguarded all no contact requests... will not be ordering again.
