Being from the Northeast sandwich was ok. I ordered a BLT and asked for cucumbers and he said no problem. Got back to hotel and no cukes. Also they don’t toast sandwiches. Gave them a try but won’t return. View all feedback.
The subs are excellent and genuinely fresh, just like their advertisements claim, and they're made really quickly. The only downside is that their app won't let me add my credit card, so I have to call in my order whenever I want to order in advance.
The food was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
As someone from the Northeast, I found the sandwich to be just okay. I ordered a BLT and requested cucumbers, and I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I got back to my hotel, there were no cucumbers in the sandwich. Additionally, they don't toast their sandwiches. I wanted to give this place a chance, but I won't be returning.
Jimmy John's is the best! Not only do they make great sandwiches, with the most wonderful fresh bread, they also helped start my truck when my battery failed!
My first time at Jimmie Johns and my last. The customer service actually bordered on rude! It seemed like an effort to even ask if I wanted tomato and lettuce. It was a terrible experience.
