I Was downtown and I was craving wings... we all been there. I stopped at this place called Hoots. They are connected to hooters so I didn't really have to big of hopes, but love the flavors.I am so torn here cause the flavors are amazing, portions filling, but for wings they were small and dry. The Crew was good. Micheal, Tesia were friendly and greeted me.P.S. want 5 stars... next time give larger boneless wings that aren't like chicken jerky and make the whole order hotter... if its ready made it would always be popping hot. Oh and 2.49 for loaded fries should at least look loaded.

Hoots, I really hope that you are better during the day. Your wings are overcooked to the point where the bone is falling apart in every bite. The blue cheese dressing tastes like watered-down ranch with bits of cheese. Your chicken nuggets have a strange texture that is definitely not like real meat. The hot sauces lack flavor and are more like chemicals. I could make a better sauce at home by adding gasoline and disappointment. I was considering giving you two stars until I realized that even the fries, which might have been fresh at one point, were served cold and mushy.

I came from across the street, as I am staying at Hyatt Place. I had delicious mozzarella sticks and lemon pepper wings, and enjoyed both. Michael was working alone, and he was very quick and efficient. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating in a small, casual setting. I recommend giving them a try!

The wings at this restaurant were not baked, only half cooked, and not crispy. The hot sauce tasted like it was 90% butter with only 10% seasoning. Overall, the food was very unpleasant and not at all like what you would expect from a typical wings restaurant.
