Took to-go. Portion size is astronomical, you can feed two football players with just an order of the pulled pork dinner. Lets talk sides first. Macaroni and cheese was flavorful but had minimal cheese flavor and sauce, wish It had more cheese, but the pasta was not mushy which is good. Chicken and Rice was excellent, rice cooked perfectly, had lots of flavor, not much chicken but it did have the taste of chicken. If you have the opportunity to get two sides, I'd double up on the Rice and Chicken. The pulled pork was good. Had a little bit of moisture and smokiness, doused in their sweet tangy bbq sauce. I swear they give you a pound of pulled pork.

Hi, I don't understand why there are so many good reviews either the reviews are fake or fake accounts. Some of my coworkers and I decided to order food from here, it was a complete disaster. First, we ordered through Bite squad, then this place claimed that they cancelled their account after we already paid and placed the order, so now we have to wait to get our money back, then we ordered on Uber eats, and certain foods weren't available and it took an hour to prepare, took the driver 30 minutes and its only 10 minutes away. When we got the food the order was wrong, a whole dinner was missing and drinks weren't even there. oh and also the sides on the some of the order were completely wrong. We have called several times to try and communicate with them to let them know, but no answer. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EAT THERE, and by the way they have canned Glory greens from Wal-Mart and the mac and cheese was dry ASF. I think that they accidently picked up turnip glory greens from Wal-Mart. The food was not ready when the driver got there, like it doesn't take 2 hours to cook canned greens and dry mac and cheese. One of the pregnant girls at the job got uncooked ribs and it had blood on it and all fat, this is not good for our new generation, please reach out at this point we are all disappointed. The uber driver might have stole the dinner, and asked for help to get the food out of the car. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!! They never answered the phone.

Tried Famous Jays the other day. Came in and ordered a Pulled Pork dinner with green beans and baked beans. When I came home, I got both of the beans but the pulled pork turned to BBQ Ribs. The ribs were good but I'm not a fan of ribs, hence I ordered pulled pork. Maybe next time they get it right!! Place was empty and the cook was sitting at the bar when I ordered with the woman and he insisted to get the food for me and it came out wrong

Best bbq in town excellent food and service, love eating in and listening to good music. U definitely want be disappointed!

Delicious! Don't expect anything upscale and fancy, come with a mindset that ur going to the perfect spot for great BBQ!! Portions are huge and prices like this dont exist anymore! For $45 my family of 5, which includes kids ages 2, 9, and 12, had 2 pulled pork sandwiches which came w 2 sides each. We chose baked beans, green beans, collard greens and mac n cheese. We also ordered the ribs which was huge!! The mac n cheese was cheesy w a touch of smoke and just delicious that we ordered and extra side. The side alone, not with the sandwich, was alot!! My 12 yr old was hooked! Dont be scared by the mustard colored sauce. Its smokey with just enough spice and sooooo good! Customer service was awesome, even a back of the house gentleman came out and asked how everything was. The music was old school R&B which made us want to stay longer!! Whenever we come back to St. Pete, we will definitely visit them again.
