These are the best people! I've been here a few times and the folks are the nicest and always smiling. I didn't want to wait for a fresh brewed cold coffee so I got a regular black and told them I'd ice it and cream sugar it at home. I wasn't aware they brewed it but had to wait for the coffee to cool abit before putting it over ice as it's so hot. Him explaining it got a tip through the drive thru. I'll keep going b... What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This store infuriates me. They only take one drive customer at a time. So they will take your order and tell you to pull up. Then proceed not to take another drive thru order until the previous cars pulls away from the window. Its takes 20+mins to go through the drive through. The hashbrowns are really hard and feel like I'm going to break my teeth one day. And its like this consistently enough to where I don't order... View all feedback.
This Dunkin is usually good but it has been awhile since I’ve been here. My friend and I got 2 bacon egg cheese croissants to go. Both had a weird almost chemical taste. They either didn’t rinse well after cleaning or sprayed something around the food. We couldn’t finish them. Won’t be back again.Food: 1/5
This location made my coffee incorrectly, HOWEVER...... the customer service I received to make it right was amazing. Everyone was soo sweet kind had no problem correcting my drink for me. Amazing team at this location!!!! Thank you ladies!!!
I love this Dunkin location so much...Kijana, Alexys and Addy are the absolute best associates...All 3 of them really know how to make a fabulous coffee, cold brew, latte, etc...I'm a regular customer and they all treat me so very well and always welcome me with a smile...I really love going to this store and you couldn't ask for 3 better employees...These 3 are the best...Thank you so very much, to Kijana, Alexys and Addy...?
Fast friendly service, great tasting iced coffee! More people need to use the Dunkin app to keep the line moving! Excessive drive thru wait today for one customer...Food: 5/5
