I walked into a clean facility, the display of donuts were full, not empty like other DD places. The manager was very courteous I noticed him being very aware that his staff, be on task for the customers. Love this DD!!! View all feedback.
What Farrien Dodds doesn't like about Dunkin':
The coffee is always good,the donuts were a but stale but good with the coffee, the atmosphere was ok,however some other customers were rude but that's to be expected when you're waiting for for your coffee lol,the staff seemed confused when taking orders even tho you're standing Infront of them and not yelling thru a speaker box,I will go back but only thru the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Very good,she let my daugh... Coffee had so many grounds at the bottom of cup, and my husband cappuccino was disgusting.
Without fail no matter what time I go thru the drive thru I ask for a large ice tea and they don't have any or no Decafe coffee who does that going to my Dunkin on 4th St.
Staff is so nice and helpful and knows how take care of everyone when busy

Waited in the store for almost 20 min waiting on my order before the 7 employees that were all standing around goofing off decided to ask me what my order was…. Just to find out it wasn’t being made. Not that hard to make a bacon egg and cheese effing sandwich! Get it together.
