First time coming back since they added the new games , experience was amazing, food was fresh and can’t beat the 3.99 buffet deal! Customer service was superior. Aaron went above and beyond making sure our Parmesan cheese was full and that we didn’t need anything else during our visit ! He mentioned this was his first job and I’m honestly amazed how professional he was. I observed him using proper hand washing techn... View all feedback.
What kayla k doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
Place is absolutely horrendous!!! I rarely ever leave reviews because Im a manager myself and I totally understand when things get crazy especially in food service. Cashier is doing nothing but standing around, while the lobby has food all over the place. The trash can is filled up to the brim, the sanitizer buckets that they have sitting out in the open (for whatever reason) haven’t been changed in over 5 hours. The... View all feedback.
Wings were great. You can eat there and be WW. Salad, Flat bread pizza and three wings. Yummy. They have senior day on Monday and Thursday. I will return.
Checked out this location since none left in my state. We just caught the tail end of an insane dinner rush and I could see the employees were exhausted, but the still did a great job serving us. The physical condition of the store was poor, damaged walls, booths, and general layers of grime on fixtures.
The Pizza was hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
From an adults standpoint this place is a mental breakdown waiting to happen. Especially from an adult who didn’t realize what type of establishment I was walking into. That’s my bad. My kids had a blast though. They absolutely loved the environment as well as the games. They loved all of the kids running around. They loved all of the noise and the lights. They didn’t care for the food though. They can be picky eaters though. My son likes the noodles and red sauce, however he was too excited by the lights of the games. The food was okay. If you’ve never been to a cicis before, and if you have kids, and don’t have anxiety issues, this is a great place to bring your kids. If you are sensitive to overbearing noises and flashing lights , and a stranger preforming magic at your table for tips then this might not be the place for you. The magician was nice, however he was not employed by the establishment and was working for tips. He seemed like a nice guy , just trying to make money and I can respect that. However as a person with anxiety issues, I don’t enjoy a person hovering by my table. But the smile on my child’s face when watching the magic tricks was awesome and makes it worth it. Most of the time we spent there, the food was cycled out as thoroughly as possible. For the most part the place was clean. There were tables that were messy but it was a Friday night, and half the tables were full. There were large parties throughout the whole place. I think the staff are doing their best and while dining there, they were always doing something productive. The Alfredo sauce was off putting. The red sauce was okay, better than other places I’ve been. Sometimes the pizza slices were really hard. The chicken looked really fake though and the chicken broth for their chicken noodle soup looked like it came out of a can. Which it probably did considering this is a place where on a Friday night you can spend 30$ for a buffet for two kids and two adults. So cheap bite, but I’m still hungry because the food wasn’t appetizing. But I also don’t blame the restaurant for that because I like flavor and their target audience is kids. Which people are taught to not give their kids flavors so kids don’t care if the food is tasteless. Anyways the kids had a good time. I’m still coming down from the anxiety that this place gave me. But I still think it’s a good place and a nice place to go with the kids.
I like the pizza at Cicis. It was fresh and hot. They always make one you want if asked. The salad bar is basic which is a good thing. Fresh lettuce and toppings. The price us still the best for a buffet style restaurant. It is an open cafeteria style restaurant do it was a little noisy inside. Not bad enough to upset me, however. It was noticeable.
