Chick-fil-a - St. Petersburg

Who...um..doesn't like Chick! Anyway...soda order...incorrect. wanted Coke....received diet! Dislike diet! Not driving back just to exchange 2 drinks. Anyway....looked at the recipe and it reads....2 diet cokes. Drive thru when ordered.....I did notsay...diet. Small issue.. and it won't kill us...but...hopefully...won't happen a 3rd time. Already happened twice. We let thefirst time..let it go.. 2nd time now....speaking out. Again small issue but we don't like diet drinks. Tried calling...3 optionswhen answered....all same thing....Leave a message

Drove 10 minutes to pick up an Uber eats order, wasn?t ready when I got there, never is, I asked about it, they said it was coming up. I waited 15 minutes, the manager was taking orders to tables and refusing eye contact with me. I waited 5 moreminutes and left. It literally lost me money. Don?t deliver door dash or Uber eats for them or any chick fil a , they prioritizeyou last every time.

My husband and i were at the Gulf Blvd. location a couple weeks back. We were waited on by an older gentleman, Jackson. In the short time we were there he came and checked on us and others, ran food to cars, swept the floor and wiped counters down.Please dont lose this guy. We will be back when we are in town. Thank you Jackson.

Haven 't been to a Chic fil a in quite awhile. Clean store, friendly staff, helped with going through menu. We were doing takeout, staff made suggestions about menu, and once order was complete offered me their military discount (I am a Vet), it wasreally nice to be noticed. The chicken sandwiches were great, as were the waffle fries. The Frosty Lemonade was off the hook ,never had one of theirs and I found it to be exceptional, maybe not everyone will, but I really enjoyed it. Overall a greatexperience and good fast food. Update 11/02/22 Not as good today, it 's really on me though, they messed up the order but Ididn 't check until I got home and found I received two grilled sandwiches instead of grilled club sandwiches. I 'm missing havingthe cheese bacon.... bummer they put the wrong food in the bag, my error in not taking it out at the store to check. Once Igot home I was too lazy to drive back!

Stopped here on our way home from the dog beach in Pass-a-grille. The line was short, they took our order quickly, the fries were hot, the sandwich was hot and tasty, the peach shake was pretty good too. And they gave us extra sauces! Well be back tothis location for sure!
