C'bo's Old Time Smokehouse Bbq

EXCELLENT BBQ!!!! I tried this place for the first time and wanted to try a small variety of things, so I ordered a rib dinner with baked beans and mac-n-cheese, half a chicken, and some collard greens and more mac (since the sweet potatoes were sold out). I was immediately impressed from the moment I took my first bite of the ribs and the chicken and knew that this would be my go-to place for bbq. They were very generous with the bbq sauce, which was the perfect mix of smoky/tangy with a nice kick, and I was very pleased with all of the homemade sides, especially the baked beans, which were easily some of the best I've ever had in my life! If you are looking for great quality bbq (that possibly rivals your uncle's famous bbq that you enjoy every year at the family reunion lol), this is the place to go!!!! Great food, service, and prices. You will not be disappointed.

The ribs, greens, and macaroni and cheese are excellent, but the portion sizes feel a bit small for the price compared to other restaurants. While it's enough food, I can't shake the feeling that they're a bit stingy. This was the case even before the pandemic, so I've deducted a star for value.

The barbecue here is outstanding! The barbecue sauce is absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the brisket, which had an incredible smoky flavor. The collard greens were also very tasty, with a nice smoky twist. I can't wait to return!
