the personal wears mask and the place is opened and clean. the menu is very flexible what you can change as they like it. the food quality is fresh and taste great. if I have to pick up something, just hope they wipe their hands/nuts before they pack. The To-go box is a bit greasy and reused. I'm sure it's not. View all feedback.
What Trevion Schulist doesn't like about Brass Bowl Kitchen And Juicery:
Visited it today, ordered the creamy pesto grilled chicken sandwich, and my girlfriend ordered a pork bowl. The chicken grilled meat was really not pleasant to eat, so overcooked and dry. I couldn't even cut the meat with fork and knife. And this was a sandwich that you suppose to eat with hands. I just couldn't bite that meat. On other side, the pork meat wasn't done, was undercooked and very chewy. View all feedback.

Thanks to a wonderful, I was introduced to this wonderful, fresh and amazing lunch spot!! This a newish spot, and it's a twofer! Walking into the restaurant, you find a clean, open and bright space. Tables and stools offer you options to sit. Then you find a fresh juicery and smoothie bar! I wish I had tried it but alas, was just there for lunch. We moved to the back to be greeted by the the fresh bowl counter! They have a wonderful assortment of bowls and flatbreads that you can choose from or you can be saucy and create your own bowl! Y'all know, I went for my own! They had so many fresh options, that it was hard to choose! You get a base, protein, 2 fresh veggies and a sauce. I went with the sous vide steak, carrots and zucchini noodles, mushrooms and cabbage. Before my eyes, they warmed, cooked and assembled everything in a pretty brass bowl. We also, got a side of honey brussel sprouts. The kitchen was clean and everyone moved with efficiency. You have fresh, healthy options for drinks that include water, teas, pressed juices and some carbonated healthy options. Sitting in the comfy bench, I eagerly dove in! The steak was amazing, falling apart tender with amazing flavor. The mushrooms were full of flavor and earthy. The only thing I didn't particularly like, there was to much liquid at the bottom of the bowl from the zoodles. The flavor was so good and everything was completely fresh and tasty. The service was good. I managed to grab a few words with the Chef, very charming, everyone else was very heads down. Very polite. I am eager to try it again, already.
Great vegan options. Herbivore flatbread served on vegan gluten free naan and build your own vegan bowl was excellent. Vegan options are not well marked and only one staff member know what was vegan. I'm only giving four stars because the ordering process and service is really slow and inefficient. So many employees just standing around. Hopefully this gets better.
Bowls are good. Sandwiches are a lame ripoff. I’ve been here twice, had the Chakra bowl both times and found it missing salt but generally tasty, filling, and a fair price. My boyfriend ordered the southwest turkey melt today and as you can see from this pic it’s sad and totally not worth $10. It was basically sliced Publix deli turkey and 1 slice of cheese. Based on the quality of the ingredients in the bowls, I expected more from the sandwich.
